I've got a lot of different ideas about the types of tips I can send you guys but as we go please give me feedback. My primary goal is to give information that is actually useful and interesting to each of you so if you have questions or comments please send them my way.
When I think of self-defense, I don't automatically think Karate-Kid-crane-poses and jump, spinning hook kicks. Those are fun, flashy and incredibly ninja but it's the small things that happen in daily life that will actually make a difference and the good news is, most of them are super easy to implement.
